Embarrassing Period Moments - Publication Design

Embarrassing Period Moments is a publication created to challenge the shame and stigma surrounding periods. The project uses humour as a tool to make difficult or awkward experiences relatable and open for discussion. Hand-drawn illustrations and speech bubbles were used to tell short, humorous stories, presented in a concertina-style octopus book format. This playful structure encourages interaction while reinforcing the light-hearted tone. By using humour and informal storytelling, the publication aims to normalise shared experiences and encourage open conversations around menstruation.
